TITANIUM 400 AC/DC

TITANIUM 400 AC/DC is a high-performance Inverter welder dedicated to AC/DC TIG and MMA welding. Equipped with pulse welding modes, with a truly intuitive interface, the machine ensures precise welding on alloys, low alloys or stainless steel, aluminum and its alloys, as well as on copper.

6 TIG welding modes

• DC Standard: DC welding on most ferrous metals.
• Pulsed DC (Frequency up to 2.5 kHz): Provides high level control and temperature limiting for the parts being welded.
• This allows welding very thin plates and reduces deformation of the plate. Welding in different positions is also easier.
• DC FastPulse (Frequency up to 20 kHz): allows to keep arc properties in Pulse mode, at high frequency,
  with comfortable sound frequency even if the welder cannot hear it.
• AC Standard: welding of aluminum (Al, AlSi, AlMg, AlMn …) and its light alloys (magnesium and brass).
• AC pulse: similar to DC welding on aluminum.
• AC Mix: alternating AC and DC welding current to increase welding speed on aluminum assemblies.
• DC stage is used to preheat the metal.
